First American Professional Real Estate Services had an identity and logistical problem. Customers were looking for a large, stable company, but First American literally had a website for each product type, each with its own branding and messaging. After a full agency review, First American engaged Eis Design to help consolidate the disparate groups into one cohesive brand. This meant that many stakeholders were a part of the process.
We worked with First American to bring the divisions together by showing what a cohesive brand could look like and accomplish from a strategy perspective.
Then we got to work on creating a brand that clearly communicated First American‘s scale, expertise, and customer service commitment. To accomplish this, we developed an “end to endless” concept that was carried out throughout the site.
The result was a new brand position that accomplished First American‘s messaging goal and a new site that clearly communicated the companies breadth while still allowing visitors to purchase products in two clicks.
